Responsibilities

Reporting to the Global Head of Exchanges, you will be a senior partnership manager responsible for developing, owning, and managing large partner relationships and strategic initiatives. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Developing partnership strategies to drive adoption of Circle’s products and identify opportunities for stablecoin partnerships with crypto exchanges and prime brokers.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to design and execute partner success plans to expand partnership impact.
  • Working with product teams to validate market assumptions, plan launches, and foster relationships with leading crypto exchanges.
  • Aligning with partners on growth objectives and executing plans to meet these goals.
  • Coordinating with Business Development, Support, Product, Compliance, Risk, and Billing teams to ensure excellent customer experiences.
  • Fostering a team culture of high integrity, collaboration, customer focus, metrics-driven results, and optimism.
  • Engaging with partners to address their challenges with a customer-first approach.
  • Providing transparency through regular reporting on deal success and new opportunities.

  • Experience in creating clear, structured internal and external communications.

Base Pay Range: $160,000 - $207,500.
