The Role:

FINN Partners is seeking a dynamic, innovative, and strategic leader to drive our integrated PR and marketing efforts and elevate our ability to compete for and win integrated RFPs in the travel category. This role focuses on strengthening our presence in the travel space, combining expertise in advertising, PR, and integrated marketing to deliver award-winning campaigns that redefine the travel marketing space.

The role involves identifying potential clients and nurturing relationships to convert prospects into long-term partners. This Integrated Marketing Role:

Will focus on creating cohesive strategies that blend marketing and PR to deliver a holistic and dynamic route to market. Experience in creative thinking and proven KPIs that track visitor numbers, supported by case studies, is essential. Responsibilities include lead generation, pitch management, developing integrated campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging, analyzing performance, and collaborating across FINN teams to drive engagement and measurable results across platforms. We are looking for a strategic thinker, globally minded, creative leader, and data-driven individual to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies encompassing advertising, digital channels, content, social media, influencer partnerships, events, experiential marketing, and more. Set clear, ambitious growth strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  2. Relationship Builder/Client Acquisition & Growth: Build trust with clients, prospects, and team members, fostering collaboration. Leverage your network and industry expertise to identify new opportunities, secure clients, and deepen existing relationships.
  3. Proven Business Development Expertise: Demonstrate success in identifying and securing new opportunities, understanding market trends, and crafting innovative pitches and proposals.
  4. RFP Expertise: Build strategies to position FINN as a leader in responding to multi-tiered RFPs, showcasing our capabilities across PR, marketing, and creative disciplines.
  5. Team Development: Lead and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team capable of executing impactful integrated campaigns.
  6. Campaign Execution: Oversee the creation and implementation of creative, results-driven campaigns to enhance client visibility and engagement.
  7. Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging platforms to keep FINN at the forefront of travel marketing.
What We’re Looking For:
  • A proven leader with at least 12 years of experience in travel PR, advertising, and integrated marketing.
  • Extensive contacts and relationships in the destination travel and hospitality sectors.
  • Business development experience, including sourcing and nurturing leads, pitching, and networking at high levels.
  • Expertise in crafting integrated proposals and campaigns across PR, advertising, social, digital, and experiential channels.
  • A creative and strategic thinker capable of developing and executing visionary ideas.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and mentor.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for confidently pitching ideas and strategies.
  • A passion for travel and hospitality, with industry insight.
  • Adaptability and decisiveness to thrive in dynamic environments.
