Real is seeking a Partner-level leader in Asset & Wealth Management Communications in New York City. The role blends senior client advisory with firm growth, leading integrated programs across media, content, digital, and events.

Hybrid in-office collaboration is required, with equity and bonus opportunities tied to performance. You will oversee sophisticated financial services clients, shape strategy, and drive commercial growth while mentoring teams and expanding the agency’s North American

Qualifications

• Significant senior PR/communications agency leadership experience.
• Deep expertise in asset management, wealth management, or related financial services.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships and drive new business.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior client relationships and advise on corporate positioning and reputation management.
• Develop strategic narratives, thought leadership, and content initiatives.
• Oversee integrated campaigns across earned media, content, digital, social, events and podcasts.
• Manage campaign planning, budgets, measurement, and optimization.
• Grow client accounts through strategic counsel and new business opportunities.
• Forecast, resource, price, and optimize delivery for client engagements.
• Mentor and develop account teams and contribute to agency leadership.
