Senior Partner & Alliances Manager (Public Sector)

We are seeking a Senior Partner & Alliances Manager for the U.S. East Coast region. The role focuses on growing and managing our partnerships within the Public Sector vertical and driving new business efforts in collaboration with our partners. The Sr. PAM will work with Sales, Marketing, and Services teams to develop a large-scale partner business across Federal, State, and Local segments, and manage existing federal partnerships.

Reports to: Director, Partnerships Americas, based in Bellevue, WA.

You will:
  1. Create and execute business plans and go-to-market strategies with public sector partners.
  2. Manage end-to-end partnerships directly.
  3. Identify and recruit new partners to support growth in the Public Sector.
  4. Recruit large-scale partners and Federal System Integrators.
  5. Build relationships with key stakeholders to support partnerships.
  6. Collaborate with Field Marketing on partner marketing activities such as thought leadership, enablement, and demand generation.
  7. Manage MDF and discretionary budgets to accelerate partnership growth.
  8. Support partner recruitment programs for the Public Sector to meet sales objectives.
  9. Work with public sector resources to activate and drive new business demand aligned with revenue targets.
  10. Set clear goals, develop action plans, and focus on profitable growth; hold self and partners accountable for onboarding and performance timelines.
  11. Establish partnership governance and regular business rhythms, report on progress and revenue achievements.
  12. Collaborate with other partner managers, especially in state and local government partnerships.
  13. Engage with others respectfully, valuing diverse perspectives.
You have:
  1. 7+ years of full-cycle partner sales management experience, preferably in SaaS.
  2. Experience in the Public Sector vertical, with familiarity of Carahsoft or similar partners.
  3. Strong channel sales background supporting various partner types (SIs, Disti, MSPs, VARs, resellers).
  4. Knowledge of government procurement processes and contract vehicles.
  5. Excellent presentation and executive communication skills.
  6. Proficiency with sales and partner programs (e.g., Salesforce, Impartner, G-Suite).
  7. Experience recruiting and supporting partners for SaaS applications.
  8. Proven ability to manage partners and execute joint business plans.
  9. Passion for new technologies and technical concepts.
  10. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  11. Location: East Coast, with travel to Washington, D.C., as needed (approx. 30%).
