Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a Part Time Sr. Shift Supervisor to support Costco in Missoula, MT. You will lead daily shifts, oversee live demos, and coach team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

No prior experience is required as we provide training. You’ll handle reporting, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding while promoting safety and efficiency. Must be 18+, available 4+ days weekly (incl. Sun & Mon), and able to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Available 4+ days a week including Sunday & Monday.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 6 hours.
• No prior experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and lead live demos to drive sales for brands at Costco.
• Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, setup and breakdown of demos.
• Assist with interviewing and onboarding new team members.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area.
• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge.
