Advantage Solutions is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor for a Costco location in Portland, OR. You will drive sales by engaging customers and bringing brands to life through live events and sampling, while supporting management as needed.

The role requires strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth and flexible weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Able to prepare, cook, and clean the work area and equipment.
• Have reliable transportation to and from the work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers and team members.
