Qualifications

• Two-year Associate's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three years of related parks or landscape experience.
• Valid Arizona driver's license at hire.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in horticulture, turfgrass management, agronomy, or related field.
• Experience supervising staff and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Supervise six Community Park Coordinators across three parks.
• Oversee operations for ~225 acres, including turf and landscapes.
• Manage ~500 acre-feet of annual water allocation and irrigation.
• Prepare monthly supervisor reports and budget projections.
• Coordinate with Recreation and Arts & Culture to balance programs.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and high-quality customer service.
