Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in construction, maintenance or building trades; two years in a leadership role.
• Job‑relevant certification/license or apprenticeship; business/construction coursework preferred.
• Journey‑level experience in construction and ability to read blueprints/specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day field operations, delegate tasks, and coordinate workflow on job sites.
• Instruct crew on maintenance, trades work, and safe equipment operation; evaluate work quality.
• Coordinate major renovation and capital projects, develop work plans, estimate materials, track timelines.
• Read blueprints, plan layouts, perform concrete/masonry work, and supervise park construction activities.
