Job summary

The Car Park, LLC is hiring Parking Enforcement Officers in Louisville, KY to patrol our areas by vehicle or on foot, issue warnings and citations, and report hazards. You will serve as the main field contact and support enforcement personnel with guidance, while rotating routes to maintain consistency.

Training is provided for new hires, alongside adherence to company policies and safety standards. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Patrol enforcement areas by vehicle or on foot to ensure compliance with parking ordinances and regulations.
• Write warnings and citations for illegally or improperly parked vehicles.
• Observe and report hazardous conditions such as damaged signs or unsafe conditions.
• Serve as the primary field contact for Parking Enforcement Officers.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and operational support to enforcement personnel.
• Rotate among patrol routes to ensure consistency in enforcement practices.
• Train newly hired Parking Enforcement Officers.
• Assist management in implementing operational initiatives.
• Troubleshoot field issues and elevate concerns to management.
• Maintain and care for all company-issued equipment.
• Perform related duties as assigned and comply with company policies.
