Job summary

Insight Global in Miami, FL is seeking a Paralegal to support attorneys through the litigation process. You will conduct legal research, draft pleadings, manage case files, and assist with trial preparation.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of paralegal experience, Westlaw proficiency, healthcare industry background, a relevant degree, and NALA/NFPA certification; outside counsel coordination is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of paralegal experience.
• Experience supporting corporate matters and/or litigation.
• Proficient with Westlaw.
• Healthcare industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies or related field.
• Experience with regulatory, licensing, or healthcare compliance matters.
• Certification from a recognized paralegal association (NALA/NFPA).

Responsibilities

• Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.
• Compile exhibits and evidence and organize case files.
• Assist with trial, hearing, and deposition preparation.
• Maintain accurate legal records and communicate with clients and other parties to gather information.
