CACI International Inc. is seeking a Senior Paralegal (Legal Assistant II) to support the Department of Justice Health Care Fraud Unit. The role involves litigation support, preparing for trial, and developing complex assignments for a capable candidate.
Qualified candidates have a paralegal certificate or a four-year degree, plus at least two years of litigation/paralegal experience, with strong research skills and proficiency in eDiscovery tools and Relativity. DOJ MBI clearance is required.

- Requires paralegal certificate or a four-year college degree.
- At least two years of litigation paralegal experience or related project experience.
- Solid knowledge of federal and state court systems and legal research procedures.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience with eDiscovery tools and Relativity.
Responsabilidades
- Assist attorneys in discovery, motions, briefs and other legal documents.
- Prepare, summarize, and organize materials for trial and deposition transcripts.
- Index, track, and manage document discovery and exhibits.
- Support attorneys in the courtroom.
- Review documents for relevance and privilege under guidelines.
