Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate (ABA accredited) preferred.
• 7+ years of paralegal or legal assistant experience.
• Broad paraprofessional generalist skill set with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Visio experience.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys in drafting, reviewing, and editing legal documents (contracts, agreements, business communications).
• Conduct factual research and gather information for transactions or regulatory matters.
• Project management for legal cases, litigation, and transactions.
• Legal file organization and use of electronic systems to input, store, retrieve, and report information.
• Prepare legal forms/templates/PowerPoint presentations.
• Provide support for International Trade Compliance Program.
• Compile litigation reports and binders as needed.
• Assist with departmental budget processes and legal fees.
