Job summary

A leading commercial real estate firm seeks a Sr. Paralegal to support deal structuring and contract negotiations within the Acquisitions department. The candidate will draft and negotiate Purchase and Sale Agreements, manage contract documentation, and work closely with future General Counsel. Ideal applicants will have 5-8 years in commercial real estate, contract drafting experience, and a keen understanding of lease structures. This is a high-impact role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years as a paralegal or legal professional in commercial real estate.
• Expertise in drafting and negotiating Purchase and Sale Agreements.
• Familiarity with NNN lease structures, assignment provisions, and tenant obligations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and negotiate Purchase and Sale Agreements for property acquisitions.
• Support deal structuring including Custom Capital’s unique models.
• Draft Letters of Intent that reflect deal terms.
