Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys through all phases of corporate, finance, and real estate transactions, including due diligence, document preparation, closings, and post-closing activities.
• Coordinate and prepare transaction closing documents and closing sets.
• Review and organize due diligence materials and maintain transaction records.
• Prepare and file entity formation documents and related governance materials.
• Assist with equity incentive plans and capitalization data management.
• Prepare status reports and summaries related to filing activities.
