Arnold & Porter LLP is seeking a Senior Paralegal to support corporate, finance, and real estate transactions across multiple offices, including San Francisco, Seattle, and Silicon Valley. The role emphasizes governance, entity management, and transactional support with attention to accuracy and detail.

The candidate will manage diverse tasks from due diligence to closing documents, assist with equity plans, and coordinate with attorneys and practice specialists.

Formación

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience supporting corporate, finance, and real estate legal matters.
• Experience with EDGAR required.
• Experience with Carta a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support attorneys through all phases of corporate, finance, and real estate transactions, including due diligence, document preparation, closings, and post-closing activities.
• Coordinate and prepare transaction closing documents and closing sets.
• Review and organize due diligence materials and maintain transaction records.
• Prepare and file entity formation documents and related corporate filings.
• Draft annual resolutions, written consents, and governance materials.
