Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and develop multi-party contracts, licenses, and related instruments.
• Translate business needs into contractual provisions aligned with law and project goals.
• Conduct legal and regulatory research of federal and state requirements.
• Incorporate terms into agreements and assist with compliance matters.
• Support rulemaking processes, document prep, coordination, and tracking.
• Assist with FOIA responses, including collection and review of documents.
