Senior Paralegal, Commercial Contracts (Remote)

Aledade is seeking a senior commercial contracts paralegal to join our legal team. The successful candidate will work directly with attorneys and business partners on all aspects of Aledade’s business. Requirements include prior paralegal and contracts management experience, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, teamwork, and enthusiasm for new responsibilities.

We are flexible regarding geographic location; the ideal candidate can work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or from our headquarters in Bethesda, MD.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Collaborating with the commercial team and reviewing legal documents such as MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, Consulting Agreements, Hotel and Events contracts, Order Forms, Software/SAAS agreements, and other standard legal agreements.
• Creating, maintaining, and updating form agreements and internal playbooks.
• Assisting with the administration of the contracts management system.
• Managing incoming legal requests and triaging them accordingly.
• Updating and maintaining the internal document management system.
• Enhancing legal processes and creating efficiencies.
• Performing additional duties as directed by the commercial team.

Desired Qualifications:

• At least 10+ years of experience as a commercial contracts paralegal, preferably in an in-house legal department within healthcare or technology sectors.
• Proficiency in IronClad, Google Suite, and various document and task management systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Capability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing business needs.
• Discretion in handling confidential information.
• Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
