Responsibilities

  • Perform substantive review of documents for legal review (e.g., vendor contracts, MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, BAAs, engagement letters, data security agreements).
  • Manage work intake and assignment, addressing questions from stakeholders.
  • Liaise with business teams, attorneys, contract managers, and outside counsel; manage intake system.
