You will be joining a growing corporate governance team consisting of one additional team member. This is a collaborative, detail-oriented legal environment that is part of the wider Legal, Risk and Compliance team within Clarivate.
The work is meaningful, impactful, and offers exposure to cutting-edge governance areas, including AI oversight and M&A integration frameworks - giving you the chance to shape processes from the ground up.
This is a full-time, permanent position working core business hours Monday-Friday, with the flexibility to support occasional global time zones.
This is a hybrid role, requiring in-office work up to 3 days per week in Philadelphia, Alexandria, or Ann Arbor.
