Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/Healthcare IT.
• 3+ years in healthcare information systems.
• 2+ years supporting Paragon EHR platform.
• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience with multi-facility healthcare organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Paragon application support team across clinical, financial, and revenue cycle systems.
• Oversee daily production support and incident resolution for Paragon EHR.
• Coordinate software upgrades, patches, and vendor updates.
• Manage security administration, role-based access, and user provisioning.
• Collaborate with interface, interoperability, and infrastructure teams for integrations.
• Monitor system performance and drive root cause analysis for issues.
• Develop and maintain documentation and training materials.
• Ensure change management and testing align with governance.
