Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in electrical assembly or control panel build.
• Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams and BOMs.
• Technical certification in Electrical Engineering Technology or related field preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience mentoring technical staff is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire electrical control panels following schematics and BOMs.
• Mount, connect, and secure components like relays, PLCs, and power supplies.
• Conduct continuity, functional, and safety checks on assemblies.
• Inspect builds for quality and compliance with UL508A/ NEC.
• Mentor and train other technicians in build processes and work instructions.
