Job summary

This on-site role offers hourly pay between $28.36 and $40.50 with a 5% target bonus and opportunities to work with engineers, QA, and fabrication teams to deliver

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in electrical assembly, industrial wiring, or control panel build.
• Technical certification Electrical Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire electrical control panels following schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings.
• Mount, connect, and secure electrical/electronic components (relays, breakers, PLCs, power supplies, VFDs, sensors, terminals).
• Cut, strip, crimp, route, and bundle wires to meet wiring and workmanship standards.
• Conduct continuity, functional, and safety checks on completed assemblies.
• Inspect builds for quality, labeling accuracy, and compliance with UL508A/NEC requirements.
• Troubleshoot wiring or component issues and implement corrective actions.
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and BOMs; maintain as-built documentation.
• Operate hand tools and power tools (drills, strippers, crimpers, torque tools).
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and QC inspectors to resolve build discrepancies.
• Train, mentor and oversee the work of others to ensure quality and compliance to standards.
