ERM is seeking a Principal Technical Consultant, Paleontologist, to lead paleontological and cultural resource projects across North America from our US offices. In this senior leadership role, you will provide technical excellence, project leadership, mentorship, and support business development while guiding complex environmental compliance efforts.
Ideal candidates bring a graduate degree in related fields, 8+ years of experience, and strong NEPA knowledge, with proven ability to lead
Formación
- Graduate degree in paleontology or related earth sciences.
- 8+ years (10+ preferred) of professional paleontological resources experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience with NEPA and environmental compliance processes.

- Provide technical leadership for paleontological and cultural resource projects.
- Manage project teams, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
