ERM is seeking a Principal Technical Consultant, Paleontologist, to lead paleontological and cultural resource projects across North America. This senior leadership role emphasizes technical excellence, project oversight, mentorship, and business development within a global sustainability consultancy.

Based in a US ERM office, the role requires 8+ years of experience (10+ preferred), NEPA knowledge, and the ability to manage diverse teams, budgets, and client relationships while ensuring
