Job summary

Tundra Technical Solutions is seeking an experienced Palantir Foundry Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on Foundry development to design, build, and maintain enterprise-scale data solutions.

You will develop data pipelines with Python, PySpark, and SQL, design Foundry Ontology objects, and deliver Foundry-based applications using Workshop while collaborating with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into production solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Palantir Foundry development experience.
• Proven production experience deploying Foundry solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Foundry Ontology, Pipeline Builder, Code Repositories, and Workshop.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and PySpark.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Understanding of data modeling and data quality principles.
• Experience integrating APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and enterprise data sources.
• Experience with Git-based development, testing, and CI/CD.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable Palantir Foundry data pipelines.
• Develop data transformations using Python, PySpark, and SQL.
• Design and implement Foundry Ontology objects, properties, relationships, and actions.
• Develop analytical and operational applications using Foundry Workshop.
• Integrate enterprise data from databases, APIs, cloud platforms, and other sources.
• Build and maintain datasets using Pipeline Builder and Code Repositories.
• Implement data-quality controls, lineage, governance, monitoring, and access controls.
• Optimize Foundry pipelines and applications for performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot data pipelines, integrations, and application issues.
• Collaborate with architects, data engineers, product owners, and stakeholders to translate requirements into production solutions.
• Apply software-engineering best practices including version control, automated testing, CI/CD, documentation, and code reviews.
