POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Palantir AI Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced data solutions using Palantir Foundry and AI/ML technologies to solve complex business challenges. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop scalable applications, build data pipelines, and deploy machine learning models that enhance data-driven decision-making across ARCHER’s operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Palantir Foundry, Python, and AI/ML development, and a solid understanding of integrating data sources and building advanced analytics workflows.

POSITION LOCATION: Remote

Job Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and deploy solutions on the Palantir Foundry platform to support business operations and analytics initiatives.
2. Build and optimize scalable data pipelines and integrate diverse structured and unstructured data sources.
3. Implement AI/ML models within Palantir’s AIP platform to automate processes and deliver actionable insights.
4. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and other developers to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
5. Develop and maintain documentation, data dictionaries, and system architecture diagrams.
6. Create customized applications (using Palantir APIs and SDKs) to extend Foundry’s native capabilities.
7. Ensure data integrity, governance, privacy, and security within all developed solutions.
8. Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure optimal management of solution assets along with their relevant deployment pipelines.
9. Stay updated with advancements in AI/ML, Palantir platform capabilities, and best practices to drive continuous innovation.
10. Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and production deployments of developed solutions.
11. Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

1. Required:
2. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. (Master’s Degree preferred)
3. 4+ years of experience developing solutions on Palantir Foundry and AIP Platforms
4. Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and JavaScript with a focus on creating highly maintainable code.
5. Experience with data processing and analytics tools such as Hadoop, Apache Spark, and Databricks
6. Skilled in data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau. Power BI is preferred.
7. Experienced with source code versioning and strategies with Git.
8. Palantir AIP technologies including Logic, Automate, Agent Studio, Workshop, LLMs, and Ontology.
9. Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts such as supervised/unsupervised learning, model training/deployment.
10. Hands-on experience integrating APIs and developing custom applications on Palantir.
11. Deep knowledge of data engineering, ETL processes, and big data technologies.
12. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure and cloud storage platforms such as Amazon S3 and Azure Blob storage.
13. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
14. Strong communication skills to convey technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
15. Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
16. Preferred:
17. Palantir certifications (Foundry Developer Certification or similar).
18. Experience with platforms and technologies such as SQL Server, Key/Value Stores, React, ElasticSearch, R, C++.
19. Experience with DevOps practices and tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
20. Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
21. Knowledge of legal services, healthcare, or financial services domains is a plus.
