Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of painting experience.
• Proficient with brushes, rollers and sprayers.
• Knowledge of different types of paints and their applications.
• Detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines.
• Physically fit and able to stand, bend and lift for extended periods.
• Strong English communication; Nepali a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding and priming.
• Mix paint colors to achieve desired shades.
• Apply paint or finishes using brushes, rollers or sprayers.
• Protect surfaces to prevent paint splatters.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety guidelines when using ladders or scaffolding.
