Job summary

Executive Connect Qatar in Washington, DC is seeking an experienced painter to join our team. You will paint interior and exterior surfaces of residential and commercial buildings and work independently with attention to detail.

The role requires physical fitness, proficiency with brushes, rollers, and sprayers, and the ability to communicate with clients about colors and finishes. Safety on ladders and scaffolding must be followed. English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of painting experience.
• Proficient with brushes, rollers and sprayers.
• Knowledge of different types of paints and their applications.
• Detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines.
• Physically fit and able to stand, bend and lift for extended periods.
• Strong English communication; Nepali a plus.

• Prepare surfaces by scraping sanding and priming before painting
• Mix paint colors to achieve desired shades
• Apply paint or other finishes using brushes rollers or sprayers
• Ensure surfaces are properly covered and protected from paint splatters
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety guidelines while working on ladders or scaffolding
• Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide recommendations on color schemes and finishes

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a painter
• Proficient in using various painting tools and equipment
• Knowledge of different types of paints and their applications
• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines
• Physically fit with the ability to stand bend and lift for extended periods of time
• Excellent communication skills in English knowledge of Nepali is a plus
• Valid work permit for foreigners preferred

Salary Starting salary for this position is $1500 per month Salary may increase based on performance
