Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dynamic and experienced permanent Paint Line Supervisor to join our team in the Materials Manufacturing area. You will oversee all aspects of the paint line operations in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing setting, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

Lead a team of paint line operators, apply 5S, troubleshoot equipment, manage epoxies and urethanes, coordinate with other departments, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a supervisory role in manufacturing, preferably paint line.
• Experience with 5S, spray weapons, epoxies and urethanes.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot paint line equipment.
• Commitment to safety, quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily paint line operations, maintaining safety, quality and efficiency.
• Implement and sustain 5S to improve workflow.
• Train and mentor paint line operators.
• Manage maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Oversee materials handling of epoxies and urethanes.
• Drive continuous improvement and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Coordinate production schedules with other departments.
