KellyMitchell Group in Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Paid Social Specialist for a leading entertainment and streaming provider on an 11-month contract. The role is hybrid in Burbank, CA or New York, NY with four days onsite and one day remote each week.

The candidate will own hands-on paid social execution, optimization, and performance marketing to grow subscribers, collaborating with Analytics, Creative, and Product Marketing to drive impact and measure success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in paid social advertising or performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience launching and optimizing paid campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Snapchat Ads Manager.
• Direct-response marketing with measurable goals.
• Experience with campaign setup, targeting, testing, and optimization.

Responsabilités

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns for subscriber acquisition.
• Manage day-to-day activities across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, and more.
• Set up campaigns with proper targeting, tracking, and creative implementation.
• Monitor performance and apply data-driven optimizations.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Creative, and Media teams to improve results.
• Analyze results and present test readouts with recommendations.
