Job summary

829 Studios is seeking a Senior Paid Social Specialist to grow our Paid Media team. You will manage multiple digital campaigns for SMBs, coordinate with marketing colleagues, and guide clients toward business goals using data-driven digital advertising strategies.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, improve reporting, and develop as a technical resource across departments, while embracing AI-powered tools to accelerate insights.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience managing paid advertising programs.
• Familiarity with Facebook and LinkedIn advertising tools.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Docs.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot Analytics, or similar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Exceptional time management and organization skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience juggling multiple paid advertising campaigns simultaneously.
• Ability to leverage AI-powered tools and automation as part of daily workflow.

Responsibilities

• Strategize, develop, and maintain multiple digital advertising campaigns for a portfolio of small to medium-sized businesses.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness relative to client goals, conversions, and events.
• Update clients regularly on the status of their digital initiatives.
• Prepare client deliverables from kickoff documents to rolling reporting.
• Advise clients on how to best accomplish business goals through digital advertising.
• Assist senior team members with account work.
• Develop into a technical resource to other departments.
