Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across Meta advertising, strategy, and messaging. You will manage a portfolio of accounts end-to-end, lead client conversations, and drive testing that improves cost per appointment.

The role requires hands-on copywriting for direct-response ads, development of video scripts, and collaboration with editors. You will report to the Associate Director of Operations and work from home with a flexible schedule,

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on paid media experience with Meta advertising responsibility.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading strategy calls.
• Proven ability to hit performance targets while supporting retention.
• Strong direct-response copywriting for ads and scripts.
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts and messaging.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic automation.

Responsabilités

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the strategic contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls and provide performance reports.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations and decisions.
• Develop testing strategies across audiences, offers, and messaging.
• Write direct-response ad copy and VSL scripts for financial services.
• Set up tracking, pixels, and lead-routing workflows; troubleshoot issues.
