• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Digital Media, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Proficiency with GA4 and campaign reporting tools.
• Lead generation-focused paid media experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage targeting, bidding strategies, budget allocation, creative testing, and performance optimization.
• Monitor performance, lead generation, and ROAS metrics; make data-driven recommendations.
• Prepare performance reports for marketing and dealership leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and dealership teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
