HYPE10 is a growth marketing agency that partners with forward-thinking brands to scale through performance media, storytelling, and digital experimentation. We’re hiring an Associate Director of Paid Media to lead strategy and execution across our media accounts in a hybrid leadership role.

You’ll guide our media practice across paid social, search, and emerging channels while collaborating with partners and senior clients.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of paid media experience, agency background preferred.
• Proven track record owning client strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok.
• Experience managing junior to mid-level media buyers.
• Strong analytical skills to distill performance insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation to senior client stakeholders.
• Hands-on operator mindset with ability to lead strategically.
• Collaborative leader in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-channel paid media strategy and planning for a portfolio of accounts.
• Act as a senior client partner: driving digital marketing strategies, growth roadmaps, and performance storytelling.
• Translate client objectives into structured frameworks, testing agendas, and media mix models.
• Oversee campaign execution and optimization across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging channels.
• Stay hands-on in-platform for high-priority launches, scaling phases, or complex tests.
• Ensure campaigns balance efficiency with brand-building impact.
• Manage and mentor Media Managers/Strategists, providing training, feedback, and support.
• Serve as a second layer of leadership beneath the Director—ensuring account health, enforcing best practices, and elevating standards.
• Contribute to team hiring, onboarding, and development.
• Vet new platforms, partners, and tools to keep HYPE10’s media practice innovative.
