We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented individual to join our Paid Search and Social team. You will manage the day-to-day optimizations of 1-2 client accounts, compile insightful weekly reports, and complete ad-hoc forecasting. This role requires strong communication skills, collaboration across teams, and an analytical aptitude to assist with budget alignments based on performance metrics, diagnose campaign issues, and support client communications.
Bachelor’s degree from an internationally recognised university
Proven agency experience (ideally within a UK agency)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Passion for client service and commitment to high-quality results
In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Pipedrive, GA4 and Google Ads Editor
Experience uploading and optimising towards offline conversions in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
An advanced understanding of Excel is advantageous but must be competent at an intermediate level
Proven experience of advanced data analysis and providing evidence-based recommendations
Ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
