Job summary

Huzzle is seeking an elite Media Buyer to take full ownership of ad performance across a growing portfolio of insulation and home improvement clients. This is not a maintenance role—we need a performance-driven expert who drives qualified applications and booked inspections while managing the end-to-end client relationship.

As the company scales, this role evolves into leadership, mentoring junior buyers and shaping internal systems.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing Meta ad campaigns for multi-account portfolios.
• Proven ability to scale lead gen funnels and optimize for high-ticket outcomes.
• Strong client-facing communication and weekly strategy leadership.
• Experience mentoring junior media buyers and building scalable processes.
• Familiarity with CRM integration and local service industry lead tracking.

Responsibilities

• Own Meta campaigns for 10+ client accounts and optimize for ROAS.
• Build, test, and iterate high-converting lead funnels and booked calls.
• Lead client strategy calls and deliver clear performance reporting.
• Monitor budgets, pacing, and CPL/CPA; adjust to meet targets.
• Collaborate with founder to improve creatives and messaging.
