Overview

Job Title: Senior Paid Ads Specialist
Location: Remote

Schedule: Eastern Standard Time - EST (Dayshift)

Salary: $1,280 - $1,600 per months | $8 - $10 per hour (negotiable based on experience)

We’re looking for a high-caliber Performance Marketing Specialist with proven expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads for lead generation. In this role, you’ll design and execute paid campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn, optimize targeting and campaign settings to achieve KPIs, and scale winning strategies. You’ll also develop landing page and funnel strategies, craft high-performing ad copy and creatives in collaboration with our creative team, set up tracking and pixels in line with best practices, and conduct competitor and market research to stay ahead. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience managing both Google Ads and Meta Ads, a strong background in lead generation, and embodies traits such as being strategic, analytical, detail-oriented, hungry yet humble, goal-focused, and a natural problem solver.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop paid ad campaigns for channels like Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Design strategy for landing pages, funnels, lead magnets to drive conversions
  • Optimize targeting, ads, campaign settings, etc to achieve KPIs and scale winning campaigns
  • Produce high-performing copy and ad creatives (leveraging AI and in-house creative team)
  • Collaborate with Account Manager to retain and grow accounts
  • Perform competitor, targeting, and creative research
  • Setup pixels and conversion tracking in accordance with best practices
  • Stay up-to-date on platform updates and new features
