Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-shift manufacturing operations for assigned line(s).
• Mentor and coach Front Line leaders on performance and results.
• Promote high quality, compliant production and adherence to policies.
• Lead cost management discussions and drive improvement in OEE, downtime, and throughput.
• Direct staffing and training, and provide timely feedback and development.
