• Must understand all safety requirements to ensure compliance.
• Must be able to use technology to evaluate/communicate the status of the process/product.
• Must understand safety communications and procedures.
• Must visually differentiate between products and hear warning alarms.
• Must read and understand bill of lading.
• Must interact with and use computer systems efficiently.
• Must comprehend and follow quality management system.

Responsibilities

• Lead and troubleshoot over two or more packaging lines.
• Provide direction and guidance to packaging work groups, up to 50% of time.
• Assist supervisors on performance but not responsible for evaluations.
• Operate automated packaging and palletizing equipment.
• Set up equipment and perform inspections and minor adjustments.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety; observe rules.
• Participate in process improvement activities.
