Job summary

Wooden Hill Brewing Company seeks a Packaging Manager to direct all aspects of packaging for beer, seltzer, and non-alcoholic beverages. You will oversee packaging inventory, a small team, and all canning equipment while coordinating with the Distribution Manager and brewers.

The role requires 2+ years in packaging at a production brewery, a high school diploma with some college, and a valid driver’s license. Overtime and data entry skills are part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience packaging at a production brewery.
• High School diploma with some college or associate degree.
• 21+ years old; valid driver’s license.
• Basic computer, web, and smartphone competency for work correspondence.
• Excellent communication and professionalism.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Direct packaging operations for cans, labels, and to-go beverages; manage packaging inventory.
• Lead a three-person part-time canning team; set daily tasks and schedules.
• Coordinate with Distribution Manager for inventory and orders; maintain SOPs.
• Ensure health, safety, and quality in canning processes; perform equipment maintenance.
• Support on-site and off-site events and keg/can deliveries as needed.
