The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Senior Manager, Packaging Development to spearhead the creation of innovative packaging solutions. The role will leverage global packaging knowledge, collaborate with design agencies, universities, and suppliers, and guide projects from idea to market launch.

The candidate should demonstrate success in developing and commercializing packaging, and lead cross-functional teams across diverse functions to drive cost-effective, sustainable packaging initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Material Science, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in Packaging Development within the CPG/beverage industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of packaging trends and technical research methodologies.
• Ability to work with external resources to drive innovation.
• Strong problem-solving and creative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Builds and manages the Package RDI pipeline aligned with strategic objectives.
• Manages budgets, scope, and multiple suppliers/teams.
• Collaborates with design agencies, consultants, universities, and suppliers.
• Develops business cases for packaging projects and leads technical portions.
• Leads pilot and trial activities from concept to market introduction.
