FITS is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead packaging equipment projects for a pharmaceutical manufacturer in Puerto Rico. You will design new equipment processes, guide validation, and supervise a small team of engineers and technicians through delivery of results.

The role requires a BS with 4+ years in pharma or regulated industries, project management skills, and bilingual English/Spanish. Administrative shift aligns with business needs, with opportunity for growth across FITS’ client network.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree plus four years as an Engineer in pharma or regulated industry.
• Shift: Administrative, per business needs.
• Strong project management skills are required.
• Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency is required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex packaging equipment projects from concept to qualified operation.
• Develop and apply engineering techniques and procedures.
• Supervise a small team of engineers and technicians on projects.
• Create and revise policies affecting multiple units.
• Apply mature engineering knowledge to a broad set of assignments.
