Job summary

FITS LLC in Puerto Rico seeks a Validation Specialist to support a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer. You will hands-on execute the site’s revalidation program, maintaining equipment and washers in a qualified state through accurate protocol execution and rigorous documentation.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering or Science with 5+ years of validated pharma experience and bilingual (Spanish/English).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science plus 5+ years in validated pharma environments.
• Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Execute approved revalidation and requalification protocols for equipment and washers per site schedule.
• Perform protocol activities: installation, verification, testing, alarm/interlock checks, cycle verification, and performance testing.
• Set up and verify calibration status of validation test equipment before execution.
