Qualifications

• 5+ years of design & innovation experience.
• Experience with packaging design and development projects.
• Experience in management of engineering design projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop prototype and test new packaging designs using ArtiosCAD and SolidWorks.
• Create visual renderings to communicate design intent to stakeholders.
• Create detailed packaging specifications.
• Produce reports on packaging performance.
• Lead or participate in meetings to ensure developments meet benchmarks for customer experience, supply chain, and sustainability.
• Travel to engage with customers, supply chain, labs, and vendors.
