Job summary

A leading sugar processing company in California is looking for a Sr. Packaging Controls Engineer to maintain instrumentation and control systems, supporting plant production and safety goals. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of hands-on experience in controls and instrumentation, coupled with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on controls and instrumentation experience in Packaging improvement projects.
• Previous experiences in high-speed packaging and food industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GMP Practices, Sanitary Design, and OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Designs/supports control and manufacturing execution systems.
• Conduct automation feasibility studies.
• Provide operation, maintenance and technical support.
