Arm is seeking a Senior Package Layout Engineer for the System-in-Package team. You will develop IC package layouts for high-speed signals and power devices and help build Arm's next generation of SoCs for IoT, automotive, and compute spaces.
You will collaborate with teams in France, the US, the UK, and other Arm locations, applying Cadence APD/Allegro tools to drive standardization and efficiency in layout methods while supporting hybrid work arrangements.
Arm has an excellent opportunity for a Senior Package Layout Engineer in our System-in-Package team! This Engineer will become part of a team responsible for implementing ARM’s next generation of SoC’s in the IoT, Automotive, and Compute spaces. These designs use pioneering technologies, and you will work closely with other team members in France, US, UK, and other ARM locations to complete their implementation.
$161,500-$218,500 per year
