Qualifications

• 3+ years professional experience in procure to pay activities.
• Demonstrated and proven leadership ability.
• Ability to synthesize analysis into compelling communications and presentations.
• Ability to monitor compliance with guidelines, policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Analytical skills to identify, quantify and leverage data for decisions.
• Self-starter able to work independently in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to communicate business risks clearly.
• Experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Operations Management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement plan for operational efficiency and automated workflows.
• Provide leadership for procure-to-pay initiatives and budgeting.
• Align accounts payable and procurement processes for productivity and compliance.
• Manage catalog data from internal and external sources for accuracy.
• Develop data collection strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
• Identify trends in complex data sets with actionable insights.
• Develop, implement, and manage self-service reporting tools.
• Supervise and coach direct reports; conduct performance reviews.
• Support other company initiatives impacting CoE performance and operations.
