What you'll do:
As a People & Culture (P&C) Business Partner in the newly established P&C Business Partnering Team for Engineering & Technology, you'll serve as a strategic partner to executives, senior managers, and leadership teams in Product Engineering (PE) and Technology & Innovation (T&I).
You will act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic insights, consulting, and guidance on P&C topics to support business objectives.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP values pay transparency to promote an honest, supportive culture. The annualized compensation range for this role is $100,000–$216,000 USD, including base salary and variable incentives, dependent on experience and other factors.
