Senior P&C Business Partner for Engineering & Technology

What you'll do:

As a People & Culture (P&C) Business Partner in the newly established P&C Business Partnering Team for Engineering & Technology, you'll serve as a strategic partner to executives, senior managers, and leadership teams in Product Engineering (PE) and Technology & Innovation (T&I).

You will act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic insights, consulting, and guidance on P&C topics to support business objectives.


Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing strategic consulting to the Senior Leadership Team to accelerate SAP’s transformation.
  • Driving SAP’s People Agenda, ensuring execution within the Business Area, and influencing scalable solutions across P&C services and practices.
  • Translating business needs into P&C strategies and leading organizational initiatives for transformation and cultural change.
  • Supporting development and implementation of global HR programs and products across all P&C areas.

What you bring:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in People & Culture/HR Business Partner roles, preferably in a matrixed and international environment.
  • Understanding of SAP’s strategy, business model, and organizational structure.
  • Strong consulting, negotiation, project management, and data analysis skills.
  • Proven experience in leading change initiatives with significant business impact.
  • Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills, with cultural awareness and adaptability.
  • High integrity and confidentiality handling sensitive information.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP values pay transparency to promote an honest, supportive culture. The annualized compensation range for this role is $100,000–$216,000 USD, including base salary and variable incentives, dependent on experience and other factors.
