Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or minimum 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of professional work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered)
• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Willing to obtain Health & Life Insurance Producer license (study course provided and state licensing fees reimbursement)

Responsibilities

• Master our sales process within six months (typically longer in other roles)
• Transition to mentor role, sharing success strategies with new team members
