Alleviation Enterprise LLC in Louisiana is seeking a strong leader to master our sales process within six months, accelerating attainment of expansion goals in the supplemental insurance market.

Beyond hitting targets, you will mentor new team members, expand our market presence, and reinforce our commitment to personal excellence and professional achievement through ongoing coaching and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of professional work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered)
• Active Drivers License and reliable transportation
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain - study course provided and state licensing fees reimbursement available)

Responsibilities

• Master our sales process within six months (faster than typical timelines)
• Mentor and transfer strategies to new team members
